Kenmore Teachers Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution. You become a member when you open your first Share (Savings) account.

Who Can Be a Member?

All Kenmore Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District employees and their immediate family members. If you have questions about who qualifies as a family member, give us a call or stop by the credit union.

As a member, you are an owner! And, collectively, all the member-owners save and lend with one another. That’s what happens when you deposit funds into and take out loans from the credit union.

We are here to provide you with personalized, dedicated products and services. We want to get to know you, your needs and to grow with you.

Giving back to members is what makes your credit union able to offer the best rates, lowest fees and, in some cases, no fees at all; something impersonal, for-profit banking institutions are not able to offer.

We are monitored by a volunteer Board of Directors and volunteer oversight committees. We are subject to annual exams by federal regulators. We have been providing our members personalized service since 1935.

As your credit union, a member is always an individual, never a number.
